The NY Post article quotes no officials and certainly doesn't quote Biden. None that I know of have echoed any certainty unlike Montagnier.

There's nothing there to indicate a cover up of the "fact" that COVID came from a lab leak. Doesn't it seem odd they were so concerned over something they publicly said wasn't true? If they were not doing anything wrong why was the e-mail censored?
