LOOK UP OBSESSION. You are doing it RIGHT NOW. If there are a million such you have an argument maybe, depends on justice rules but you know god damn good and well there are NOT a million such so what is going on here is a form of racism, you don't even have to KNOW the race, you are doing an incredibly disloyal thing going against the CONSTITUTION, you remember that funny l ...[text shortened]... You seem to be the only one upset about the jet, none of the Talking Heads have mentioned it to my knowledge.
Hey, have you weighed on whether the Iran deal is a good idea or should we should get the hell out of there?
No, a LOT of folks are WAY upset by Trump getting a half BILLION dollar jet FOR DONALD TRUMP.
You see nothing wrong. The whole fking idea of the constitution is to prevent a president whom ANY ONE can do what Trump is doing in terms of corruption NO OTHER POTUS did corruption as bad as Trump a LOT more than 'just' the jet.
But you blind yourself, convinced Trump is a god and deserves to be treated as such.

Is it bitching for me to simply ask you a question, a person comes to this country on vacation and has a child and the child becomes an immediate citizen of the United States. Are you so bereft of common sense that you cannot answer such a simple question?

You might begin your answer with well I am glad you asked me that question…
You are not a "nice fellow".

A great point that I don't think was brought up at oral argument:

"History makes something else clear. When the 14th Amendment was ratified in 1868, the U.S. had not yet created the elaborate immigration categories debated today. There was no modern distinction between “lawful” and “unlawful” presence. But Congress had already outlawed the international slave trade. That was back in the day when rational people understood that immigration was a good thing for America.

A good post, but it still begs the question what is your endgame period you have never answered my question, a woman from Romania comes here to see the sites drops of baby, and the baby is a citizen. I want you to give me, not withstanding, Donald Trump, or the constitution itself, if that is common sense.

Thank you for your attention to this matter
It was common sense for almost two hundred and fifty years.

You want us to change our bedrock system of laws because your racist ass is butthurt that non-white people are coming to America?

Piss off.

Your TDS isn't fooling anyone anymore.

We can all plainly see the Emperor has no clothes. (Ew!)

So we had these same issues then? If they would have do you think they would have worded things differently? What’s your deal with white and black people, you sound like part of the problem not answer. What you do say you might want to get actual facts and no racist slurs.

I cannot believe that a gift of a jet from Qatar to the president doesn't violate the Emoluments Clause. Of course it does. To say nothing of all the golf courses and resorts in foreign countries.

We used to have common sense in this country.

I figure that, a birth certificate is proof of citizenship for most purposes, including applying for a passport or driver’s license. If birthright citizenship were restricted in the future, the government would likely need alternative documentation or a process to verify citizenship for those already born here.
There is always a way to accomplish common sense without ...[text shortened]... Take it easy, it ain’t that hard.
Why make it hard?
Common sense is the answer to your question.
The 'rules of woke'??

If you don't want to be called a racist, then don't be a racist.

Hey sue, how many thousands of unarmed black people do cops kill a year? How about crime stats?

Are more white people killed a year by police?

You've tried this bogus line of questioning before.

Let's compare the totals for the year of 2024.

In 2024, there were 385 white people shot by police.

In 2024, there were 248 black people shot by police.

"Aha!" you say. But....

In 2024, non-Hispanic Whites made up 57.5% of the US population, while Blacks made up 14.5% of the population.

14.5/57.5 = 0.252. or 25.2%

Ergo, there are 25% as many black people as white people.

Let's go back to the total number of white people shot by police (385) and the total number of black people shot by police (248). What percentage of the number of white people shot by police are the number of black people shot by police?

248/385 = 0.644, or 64.4%

Ergo, there are 64% as many black people shot by police as white people shot by police.

So, black people are shot 64% as often as white people, despite there being only 25% as many black people as white people. This is called bias.

Surely, even you can see that this is a travesty.

If I had more time, I'd even show you the percentage of the time black people are shot by white cops and how it blows away (sorry) the percentage of white people shot by black cops.

Yeah, that is TERRIBLE, but of course ICE has to do its job right? A few people die for the cause, no big deal right?
