The U.S. produces more oil than any other country.
U.S. oil producers can sell to buyers anywhere in the world.
That is the problem for Americans like me. We are exporting more oil than we use. If we temporarily banned exports it could bring down the price of oil in my country.

The reason Trump didn't do what he said he would do makes no sense. They admit it would reduce the price of diesel, but said it would backfire and gave no reason for why it would backfire. But he is importing diesel from Russia? This makes no sense at all. Export diesel while importing diesel? It is stupid.
Trump is insulting our intelligence. And FOX is gaslighting us saying an export ban could cause problems they never explained. FOX is insulting our intelligence as well.

Trump even released the last of our Strategic Petroleum Reserves on the world market instead of keeping it here in the USA. He obviously cares more about the world price than the US price of oil and fuel.

Trump should be putting America first. Instead he is putting the world first. Write Trump and tell him to ban the export of all oil and fuel from the USA. It is time to lower fuel prices for Americans. Screw the rest of the world. Trump cares more about the oil and gas industry than he does than the average Joe American. He is screwing us over.
