If a person is walking down the street do you say to yourself, I think I will find that person attractive or is it on a more basic level of that person is either attractive or they are not. Do we decide as chidren what type of person we will find attractive later in life. I think that homosexuality is not a choice (barring the necesity of enviorment, prison, stranded on a desert island without another choice for years). Maybe it's genetic, maybe it's enviorment, or a combination of all things that make us as we evolve and grow. Do people choose to be different and in doing so become social outcasts, living a life looked down upon by certain members of society. Does it matter if they do, if a certain part of society is looked down opon by another I think we need to examine ourselves on a levelnot touched here yet. Is a way of life so fragile that encountering another way of life going to bring about it's demise. I find people that believe this way to be amusing, the insecurity they must face every time they walk out thier doors has to be a terrible strain.
What about bisexuals? As the earth poulates and the need to raise many children for a family/clan unit to ensure survival is lessened do we find our sexuality evolving to a level where we are attracted to people for different reasons then just to procreate. What if you're attracted to certain personality types regardless of the gender.
