Fighting along side Israelis attacking Gaza? Don't think so. Well unless our dictator in chief decides to do that.

I suggest you go to senior citizens home and get some health care. I suspect you not getting that where you are at right now. Leave the important stuff for the big guns to handle, and you get some rest.

US troops handle the Iron Dome defense system. So you can say they are in fact fighting alongside Israelis.

I think there are also anti missile and anti drone units on ships also as well as some powerful lasers, I think they are pumping out 30,000 watt laser beams right now and due to upgrade to 100Kw and then 300 Kw on the way to megawatt levels in the next few years which can disable incoming ICBM's.
Still, that is not American troops on the ground shooting Hamas.
I doubt Trump would authorize our troops to fight on the ground, not because he gives a rats ass about the safety of the troops but because it costs more money, which is ALL Trump thinks about.

I didn't say US troops were fighting along with IDF troops. But US troops are there.

Not a major force for sure. But I bet the Iron dome is appreciated by Israelis.
Nothing like that was there when we lived in Jerusalem.
But we were into folk music, playing festivals all over Israel so didn't see much military except when there was a bombing.
