You have a better explanation? If the capitol police had seen that video they could have had ten times the cops there when the criminal POTUS Trump egged them on to the capitol building KNOWING there were armed insurrectionists just WAITING for Trump to say the word and start shooting. BTW, that was testimony by one of the OATH KEEEPERS who regretted his involvement and OF COURSE you will next say "he is only saying that to lower his jail sentence' or some such BS. Go on, I am waiting for your piquant response.

It COULD'NT have been because they were under the thumb of Trump.
NAH, the FBI is TOTALLY independent.......I guess that explains why Trump fired all those FBI leaders. McCabe was SUCH a criminal.

Bannon was never officially employed by trump or anyone else in the White House so no there never was an executive privilege let out for Bannon.
He’s never been more than a sometime link between trump and his far right supporters or a twisted Svengali figure.
It’s like the 6 Jan rioters claiming executive privilege because trump told them to go there and raise hell.
