Bannon was never officially employed by trump or anyone else in the White House so no there never was an executive privilege let out for Bannon.
He’s never been more than a sometime link between trump and his far right supporters or a twisted Svengali figure.
It’s like the 6 Jan rioters claiming executive privilege because trump told them to go there and raise hell.

It proves Bannon has ZERO executive privilege. And the jury is debating his future as we speak, oh yeah, I forgot, the jury was picked because prosecutors KNEW they were all after Trump. Tell that to your boss Putin.
