My prediction: the U.S. economy will recover, whatever Biden does. Biden's policies might accelerate the recovery, or slow its recovery. But recover it will, in any case.

Wales (a town? Not a country? Only saw the headline news....)? Anyway. The UBI will be for EVERY citizen??? Yes, j musta missed something. That would mean the playing field would NOT be leveled.

Wales is a country it has a devolved government within the UK
It would be levelled up through the tax system presumably.
If you have no money you get a tax credit up to the income level that you begin to pay tax.
