Well bear in mind the six million Jews weren't all just from Germany a vast proportion where from Poland, western Russia, hungary etc
And I think he meant that the entire Jewish population at the time was equal to that of Germany, which wasn't for a reason he gave or other...

In saying that, I've seen plenty of holacaust denial material, and I've never come across this sort of mathematical arguement.
So, in the absence of a source, my instincts are that this is bollox.
