It's all plausible. It's a very transactional world at that level.

As for Dems having something to say about Secretary of State Hillary's private email server in the basement -- I had something to say about that at the time, but what clout or megaphone do I have? In fact, the first time the Clintons left the White House, I was glad to see the back of them and hoped never to see them again.

Were she and her enablers really so stupid and/or self-entitled to not get exactly how that would look?

BTW, when the Dems put their Donkey-Ass thumbs on the scale for Hillary and chased Bernie's supporters out of the convention along with their home-made signs so that they could put on a unified, glossy, "They Live" style show for TV, that really soured me on the Democrats. I switched my party to NPA right after the election (and only switched it back years later for reasons I explained earlier today in another post).
