Stalinism is so much more fun and breezy and easy-peasy when it's in American English as part of a reality show that no thinking person ever voted for -- even if the jackass doesn't have a full head of hair and couldn't grow a moustache to save his life. Plus -- similar to Putin -- I think Stalin was much more literate than Trump.

More to the point: I haven't watched CNN in a long while, nor any other TV news networks, because I stopped watching TV a long time ago.

I do check the (text) news on the internet in the morning, but that's it.

Sometimes I'm so sick of seeing human faces on the net (whether famous or ordinary) that I feel disgusted with humanity -- however, I do recognize that many of the photos on the net are selected to show people in the worst light.

Yeah, as you have observed, I have some years on me.

As the net-gamers might say, perhaps we live in different shards or even in micro-shards or iso-shards, so we need to remain cognizant that other sprouts might not necessarily get our refs.

(I'd say a little more in this area, but it seems some others find me so tedious that I shall restrain myself for a moment.)

I don’t either, I check the headlines online that’s about it, if something interest me I research it more. I also very rarely watch tv, (no cable, few channels) sometimes I get on an old westerns kick.
