I believe that Chansley was escorted out of the Capitol Building by police which is what the video shows.

I don't believe Tucker Carlson's, ZeroHedge's or your spin on the video. The sworn court document makes clear the video is after Chansley left the Senate Chamber.
ahhhhh, the worm turns. So, here Marauder has shifted his focus (meant to be our focus) to "I believe that Chansley..."
I BELIEVE?!?!

So may you give 'me' dispensation to say that I 'believe' that Tucker did not lie, that he did not tell the world that he lies, and no one has shown me squat.
No fair, and you libs are all into fair, we all get trophies (puke). Why do you get to casually say,,,,oh, I believe such and such. Well, I don't. So where from here, Marauder.?

"But the televised footage fails to show that Chansley subsequently refused to be escorted out by this lone officer and instead left the Capitol only after additional officers arrived and forcibly escorted him out." at p. 5

That is not true. Chansley announced on his bullhorn that Trump said to leave the building for all to hear. He left because he noticed Trump told t ...[text shortened]... www.zerohedge.com/political/free-jacob-chansley-musk-backs-qanon-shaman-after-new-j6-footage-emerges
When he reads that statement he is clearly outside the building; when it pans back about 1:45 you can see the sky. And Trump told them to "go home" not "leave the building" and he didn't do so until 4:17 PM as I already showed. Here's the transcript:

"I know your pain, I know you're hurt. We had an election that was stolen from us. It was a landslide election and everyone knows it, especially the other side. But you have to go home now. We have to have peace. We have to have law and order. We have to respect our great people in law and order. We don't want anybody hurt.

It's a very tough period of time. There's never been a time like this where such a thing happened where they could take it away from all of us — from me, from you, from our country. This was a fraudulent election, but we can't play into the hands of these people. We have to have peace. So go home. We love you. You're very special. You've seen what happens. You see the way others are treated that are so bad and so evil.

I know how you feel, but go home, and go home in peace."

That's from Ali Alexander one of prime organizers of the Stop the Steal Protests including January 6th.

Here's a video of Chansley being led out of the Senate Chamber by police, down a flight of stairs and straight out towards the door (he walks right under an "Exit" sign).

Here's the same video I already linked to showing Chansley entering the Capitol through a broken door with no police around: https://twitter.com/i/status/1635349916657795073

Here's the view at the same time from inside the Capitol. Rioters smash the adjoining windows and then break down the door Chansley enters from the inside: https://twitter.com/i/status/1634572335251439617

Again, no police are visible "waving him in".

They escorted him into the senate chamber as well. He was not causing any problems. He even thanked the CP for their patience. Hardly something that justified a 4 year sentence. Violent criminals get less time.

No, they didn't.

There are too many people in the way to tell if there were CP there or not. Even if you are right what would that prove? No police to stop anyone. AWOL CP. Not any better. Did the CP seriously just leave their posts? Did they put on MAGA hats before they left? LOL!!

Yes, they did. It is in the Tucker cherry picked videos. Remember? Your cherry picked videos are completely different with a different number of escorts.

Chansley didn't break in. He just followed others in.
He only entered. He didn't break and enter.

He wasn't convicted of breaking and entering but of obstruction of a governmental process.

Those videos were after he left the Senate Chamber according to court documents, so they certainly don't show him being escorted to that room.

It shows:

A) Chansley lied when he said police waved him in;

B) That he must have been aware that he was entering the building illegally; and

C) There weren't enough police to cover every possible entrance point if the rioters were willing to smash windows and break down doors (which they clearly were despite Carlson's description of them as "sightseers" who "revered the Capitol" ).

The sightseers were sightseers, the window smashers were window smashers.

The guy on the outside of the balcony was retreating, he was pushed off by CP, attempted murder, or the guy could be dead, not sure what happened to him, carried away motionless. Nothing justifies pushing the guy off, a fall which could easily be fatal.

Why didn't the CP shoot the people breaking in to "prevent" any from entering?
It doesn't make any sense to let people in and then start shooting people, especially a small unarmed woman who was not even the first to jump through a window.

But once again, some CP were letting in protesters at another door. That doesn't make any sense, does it? Face it dude. Nothing about your narrative makes any sense. Keeping protesters from getting inside in the first place was obviously not their priority.
