But, I don't think you can hang your hat on previous investigations by Durham, Horowitz or whoever. The IC folks may have siloed all the info away and not allowed access to it. MAGA hopes seem to hinge on Gabbard being able to reach in to nooks an crannies and lay the whole thing out in a way Durham etc. were never allowed to.
