I think your mistake is giving credence to Durham. He's wasn't Trump's guy. He was Barr's guy, which is to say a tool of the US intelligence apparatus, who's task was to put the final coat of whitewash over the years long criminal conspiracy to stop Trump. He did his job.

GRAND JURY testimony files.

Of course the judge said no. Trump knew he would. Those files are sealed for a reason, not the least of which is to protect the witnesses.

And this is not trial testimony. It is Grand Jury testimony. Nothing new would be found there ANYway.
