An empty lot next to Mar-a-lago that's one tenth the size is going for 110 million.
Plain houses in the area go for 50+ million.
The 28 million the NY district attorney claims is it's value was the tax assessment, not the appraisal.

Only person complaining is the DA and she's lying about its appraised value, claiming it's only 28 million.
