Did you hear that Pfizer is seeking full FDA approval for their gene therapy treatment they falsely call a vaccine? The corporate news media openly said it would allow employers to require vaccination before being allowed to work.

Full FDA approval normally takes more time than that. It is clearly the stepping stone to a vaccine passport. The corporate news media isn't even hiding it.

Once the FDA gives full approval that law is irrelevant because it will not apply.

- passport for travel
- vehicle registration identification on roads tracking speed, location and number of people in the vehicle

So just a handful of these which you point out come with minimal restriction to public commodities that I'm aware of, the rest are just "tracking", which is a whole other issue. If enforced, these "passports" are going to restrict access to nearly every public domain, work, etc...
