You know so much.

They've already tied this to Al Quaida. So our current front on terror will not change.

We're looking to get individual prosecutions and even penalty enhancements against the foreigh and domestic traitors found here. Maybe even some intel as well.

Bravo, I say!

Really? All the news reports i have seen say there is no ties to al-Qaida and they are all mainly American.

Seven arrested over Chicago attack plot
Friday Jun 23 11:46 AEST

AP - Seven people were arrested in connection with the early stages of a plot to attack Chicago's Sears Tower and other buildings in the US, a federal law enforcement official said.

The official told The Associated Press the alleged plotters arrested were mainly Americans with no apparent ties to al-Qaida or other foreign terrorist organisations. He spoke on condition of anonymity so as not to pre-empt news conferences planned in Washington and Miami.

The Sears Tower is the tallest skyscraper in the US, at 435 metres.

Miami US Attorney R Alexander Acosta said in a statement that the investigation was an ongoing operation and that more details would be released shortly. Local media reported that agents were raiding a warehouse in Miami's Liberty City section.

Well, don't snigger at this.
I mean, if you're from Alabama, there's a good chance you will percieve anything in Chicago as foreign.

But not many structures of cultural significance - especially in NY! 🙄

I noticed that CNN.com (*snigger*) has it "linked" to Al Qaeda in stating that the homegrown terrorists "wanted to help" them. Is it journalism or propoganda?

Since it's CNN in this case, it's journalism.

You're probably right, but does the headline deflect from the fact that terrorists are now being bred on home soil and simply reinforcing the message that America needs to hate and destroy Al Qaeda? More fuel for the bogus War on Terrorism...

Wasn't one of them supposed to have taken an Al Qaeda oath??

Since it's CNN it's got to be anti-American propaganda one way or another sooner or later. Other than people who actually keep journals there are no journalists.

"Batiste gave the informant a list of equipment he needed to "wage jihad" including "boots, uniforms, machine guns, radios and vehicles," according to the document, as well as bullet-proof vests and $50,000 in cash."

These guys must have been watching Die Hard movies while they studied the Qu'Ran.
