Not convinced of his "superhuman" knowledge.
He took out a full page ad in the NYT in 1989 advocating New York bring back the death penalty for 4 young blacks and a young Puerto Rican for an attack on a female jogger in Central Park. They actually served some time for this until DNA evidence showed they were all innocent and they were all released.
Trump never knows what he is talking about and always relies on his "superior knowledge" of minorities in order to punish them. This is what he plans to do now in DC.
As I said, this latest rant of his is entirely based on some homeless people he saw as he was being driven to one of his golf clubs. He thinks he's King. I cannot believe we have more than 3 more years of this nonsense. I suppose another impeachment AND a conviction will finally rid us of this parasite.

And even at that, murders in DC have dropped significantly in the last two years without any extraordinary measures by the Federal government so obviously these misallocations of resources are completely unnecessary.
