Do you really think it was peaceful when people died? Do you really care your president did NOTHING for near 4 hours when just a word from him would have called off the coup?
Do you realize just how close it came to succeeding? Pence was the only one stopping it, if he had gone along with the coup it WOULD have been a real coup and a constitutional crisis not seen since the civil war.
