The fact that others may have done the same and not (yet) been indicted is no reason not to indict Trump, now that a grand jury has seen enough prima facie evidence to bring charges.

If indictments have not (yet) been brought against others, you should just let the DoJ do its job instead of whinging about double standards.
LOL…you are describing a two tiered justice system to a tee.

Trump was found guilty of stealing money from his own charity; that's known as embezzlement, a crime that can result in a 10 year prison sentence.

The fact that he's not behind bars is a perfect description of a "two-tiered" justice system.

“ Trump was found guilty of stealing money from his own charity”

that is a lie!

According to the judgment, that money "was used for Mr. Trump's political campaign and disbursed by Mr. Trump's campaign staff, rather than by the Foundation," which is unlawful.

now show me where he stole anything?

A judge ordered this, The money was donated to charities and Trump got to write them off his taxes.

You’re supposed to be exhausted. It’s the lizard people’s strategy to keep humans distracted. Distracted and controlled. Distracted, controlled, and compliant. Distracted, controlled, compliant, and shooting at each other instead of at lizard people. Did I mention the lizard people? Fact. True fact. Real true fact. The lack of evidence is proof how thoroughly they hide eviden ...[text shortened]... nguins. The dead ones you sometimes see on the street are decoys, cryogenically preserved from 1989.
How do I know you're not a lizard person telling me this just to throw me off the trail leading to an underground cabal of Hunter Biden clones bred to take over the world and remold the climate to be much hotter so it's better suited for cold blooded creatures (like lizards)?

I mean, who cares if birds are real or not? We have real problems, like burisma and bill gates and china and bud light.

No! Indict the a holes who did it first. Then move on to Trump.
Justice does not work in chronological order. The DoJ first gathers evidence which has a likelihood of standing up under judicial scrutiny, and that has little to do with when an alleged crime may have been committed, and nothing to do with whether it occurred before or after some other alleged crime.

I am describing how the rule of law works: It runs on evidence, not allegation.

Trump had to "reimburse" money he took and used for his own personal gain, in addition to damages he paid to eight different charities for stealing money. The money was only donated to charity *after* Trump was caught.

Most people would go to prison for what Trump did. Two-tiered justice system indeed.

A hotter climate is better suited to cold-blooded animals, such as lizards. Why do you think nothing is being done to forestall climate change?

Two tiered in the sense that some people commit crimes and dont get caught? Yeah, that's inevitable. In fact that's part of the system which will never be perfectly arranged in neat lines. The more you crack down on crime the more innocent go to prison. The more lenient you are the more criminals are not punished. The punishment is based on what evidence there is.

What do you call using money that doesn't belong to you for your own personal gain?

“Business as usual.”
