There’s no difference between banning any candidate and courts banning insurrectionists from running for president?
Trump was never convicted of being an insurrectionist. Heck, he was not even charged with it. Since when did rumors determine who is an insurrectionist?

The Colorado courts went through the evidence and decided he WAS an insurrectionist which would be obvious to anyone not in the Trump cult but for the cult followers like you, he can literally shoot someone in Times square and you would say the assshole deserved it.
But of course since all you watch is News Max and such they would never tell you the truth of the issue.
TRUMP WAS AN INSURRECTIONIST and there is no getting around that absolute fact.
For instance, saying NANCY PELOSI refused to call out the national guards and OF COURSE you idiots believe every word puked out of his lying mouth totally ignoring the fact that Nancy Pelosi had no authority to call out anyone, it was TRUMP who could have called out the guard but stood by munching popcorn and watching it all come down, doing NOTHING for 3 FULL HOURS. THAT alone is insurrection, aiding and abetting the enemy and the insurrectionists were our enemy you can be sure of that. They wanted to over throw our government and stop the peaceful transfer of power from one president losing the race to another who legitimately won.

If they had found Mike Pence they WOULD have killed him. So don't tell ME how peaceful those fukkers were.
And that was proven in court DOZENS of times so don't EVEN go there with voter fraud bullshyte started by Trump with ZERO evidence.

The 14th Amendment doesn't say he has to be convicted or even charged. He only has to have engaged in insurrection. How many times do you have to be told this? Can't you read?

That doesn't make it right. That is why the SCOTUS will strike it down.
There is a certain order the justice system is based on. You charge a person with a crime before you find that person guilty. Everyone knows that if he wasn't charged with a crime it is because there was not enough evidence to convict. There is still not enough evidence to convict.

Charge him with insurrection and get back to me.

Trump did not ask any of his followers to break the law. He asked them to protest peacefully. It is not his fault the capitol police let them in one door and let someone break into the other door, let him leave and never charged him with a crime.

Find the guy that broke the capitol building door, charge him with his crime, tell me his name and get back to me. The reality is that the capitol police are guilty of insurrection, not Trump.
