That’s it. It answers your first question above. The rest of your post would be quite irrelevant if we have a fully developed wall along our border. Soldiers would not be necessary, we could place some Spanish speaking Catholic nuns, to sit there and check over the paperwork as we admit people. Oh, we will need someone who can speak the other 149 languages.
