I’ve answered your question about trans people in sports many times before as well: it is actually a fascinating point. The only point which is interesting in all of your doubts about other folks’ genders. And there is no clear cut answer to it yet.
My personal view is: sports is a game. Lighten up. Who the hell really cares who swims fastest. Just watch porn instead.
There are many welfare states. Or states which have various degrees of welfare systems. It’s long been proven they work; less unemployment, less poverty, better health care in general and lower infant death rates.
No borders has not existed yet. But open borders do. Look at the EU as an example. Open borders (within the union) and it has not negatively affected the welfare systems of the countries involved.
If you look at the planet as a whole, there is no reason to worry about open borders / no borders affecting welfare systems in the long run. And also, when taking the span of control into account, there is no reason to expect there won’t be regional differences.

There is, of course, no "open border" as the fact that 1.2 million persons were removed from the US in the first six months of 2023 makes abundantly clear. But our immigration system does need reform to more quickly resolve asylum cases and also return to the idea that we should want people to immigrate to this country and thus the presumption should be they are allowed to unless there is a very good reason not to accept them. Right now, perversely, even though the economic benefits of immigration are beyond dispute (if one is reasonable, which you are not), we discourage immigration.

I know current law allows those who reach this country to apply for asylum but we don't have enough administrative judges to process the claims in a timely manner. We should hire a lot more ALJs like Biden proposed. And personally I'd make it so those seeking asylum didn't have to jump hoops to get it but that applications are granted unless there is a good reason not to.
