This is true that in Ukraine, since the 2014 coup supported by Western governments, the neo-Nazis, extreme nationalists etc. have been dominating. Even if they are not in the government, the government has to accept them and these extremists are themselves not controlled by the government.

Were the Ukrainian SS Panzer divisions just about to roll cross the border into mother Russia and clever Mr Putin beat them to the punch?
Russia invaded the Donbas when their puppet regime was ousted by the Maidan revolt and the Ukrainian government did what any legitimate government would do and tried to regain it’s occupied territory from an aggressive invader.

I agree with you that there is an issue. The question of war crimes and genocide is on the table concerning the Ukrainians' behaviour in Donbas.

Western media intentionally suppresses any information concerning these atrocities.

Russian chess player Karjakin, who lived in Ukraine before 2014, thinks that these 15 000 killed people in Donbas, neo-Nazis in Kyiv, and other such things consist a justification of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

Karjakin's arguments are dubious too. During 8 years, in Donbas, 15 000 people were killed. During the first two weeks of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, more than 15 000 people were killed.

NATO bombed Serbia and its capital Beograd to stop the alleged genocide. Two months, if my memories are correct. They even used uranium-strengthened bombs against the tanks. The environment is still radioactive and still, the bastards are born.
