what makes you think scotus members or fed judges are above the law?
How many people have been arrested by the FBI/DOJ for the misuse of legislation by the Trump administration? The administration falsely claimed white genocide in South Africa, how many arrests?

Is the administration above the law?

arrest someone for a statement? you people are pitiful...it would be funny if it wasnt true

Well, I could tell you that the Court of Appeals just negated this thread.
The reversal lets Trump continue with the work that he promised he would do. Look it all up, internet covered up with it. Be aware how many different avenues he would have to get this done. National security, etc. etc. you name it.

At your request, you have heard from AvJoe.

Trump is a winner, guys.
Not really. After the administration lost in the lower court on the merits in a unanimous decision, it appealed to the Court of Appeals and asked for an emergency stay until that court renders a decision on whether the lower court was correct. The court granted a preliminary stay but only until it decides whether the stay should continue until it decision on the merits. It scheduled arguments on the stay issue for June 11 ( a very expedited hearing) which isn't much more of a delay than the original court had allowed when they gave the administration 10 days to wind down the tariffs.

A lot of legalese to be sure but the bottom line is that the tariffs will continue for now but that might not last past next month.

Your people arrest others for nothing and send them to concentration camps in other countries.

“For nothing? Pretty sure you are lying here 😉

The fact that the illegal police are kidnapping people and locking them up without convicting them of crimes is known by everybody. But please, clarify. What reason does the illegal fraud of a President have for ordering these kidnappings which violate the Constitution?

I posted this earlier in another thread in response to a comment by Indonesia-Phil. It is applicable to your comment as well.

To be honest, I dont engage in discussions about Trump.. whether he is good or evil, I really do not care. If people are influenced by him then that is their problem. Now discussions about issues raised by Trump [or any other leader], these are ...[text shortened]... to see anyone around here saying or implying "If Trump says xyz, than thats good enough for me".
This is a current affairs topic, which you say you will contribute to, and yet you aren't contributing to it except by saying that you don't contribute to something else. (Discussions about Trump) Ergo, it isn't applicable to this thread at all, so why bother?

Well, how about your hateful comments in the forum that Trump will make decisions, causing an effect in the stock market that will help all of his friends. So here is a link showing that he just made a big decision helping our country by standing up to Xi Well, I’ll be darn. The stock market went down.
So let me get this straight, you would rather he not do anythin ...[text shortened]... gaa_sig=bh1c-EqIKgDdllXY3Jhh8w-T4Z-y6GQfs35GpWIWgyfCKJaJIccjiGziyMjjKp-WpUPZTTRvWUc1F1X3HqG0WQ%3D%3D
Getting busted for insider trading is not fun.

Unless you're Donald Trump, he gets a pass.

Courts are reminding right wingers that one of the consequences of an election isn't an abrogation of the US Constitution.

Is Marauder saying that tariffs will not happen? He speaks like that professor nomenclature I wrote about, may take reading it a time or two.
But if I do read it right, he is saying that, after a few reads, and the first paragraph being here nor there, that tariffs will not last.

They will last.

If the immigrants are illegal because they are suspected of committing a crime then so are the police for violating due process.

Go ahead, laugh it up. Your selfishness, hatred for your fellow man and lack of honor are on display.

Public officials are employees of We The People. No government official has ANY right to lie to their employers, i.e. to us. 😆

If I had lied to my boss, I'd have been sacked immediately. That's common sense. Contract violations for gummint officials - like lying - should result in immediate termination. There is no need to wait for an election! The lie came AFTER the election, and violates a CONDITION of having that job.

We elected you to serve which you may do AS LONG AS you fulfill the conditions of the contract, e.g. don't lie. In most civilized countries, an elected official caught in a lie resigns immediately. That's the way it should be here. 😆
