Jews (especially religious ones) need to live in communities with lots of other Jews, so moving to small towns is not usually an option.

NY because most Jews landed on Ellis Island and there was no reason to go very far. So they set up shop in the lower east side and south Bronx. When those communities fell apart, they simply moved out to Brooklyn or the suburbs.

California because LA and the Bay area have always been hotbeds for industries that Jews do well in.

However, I would note that South Florida now eclipses California, certainly on a per capita basis. For Orthodox Jews, for example, SoFla is the largest community (by far) outside of the NY area. Florida may not have as many Jews as CA in all, but that's because almost no Jews live in central or northern FL. In the corridor between West Palm and Miami Beach, the density of Jews as a percentage of the population might rival NYC.

No. Bitcoin cannot be crushed. It can be suppressed though. You can bet the elites are pumping it and dumping it, especially when inflation becomes a problem. That is when they dumped it. Now they are pumping it so they can dump it again later in hopes it will scare off speculators and bring it down.

Biden has already tried to false flag us into WW3. He rewarded Zelensky for firing a missile into Poland and blaming Russia for it. He is still trying. He is using North Korean troops in Russia to fight Ukraine as an excuse to escalate the conflict. I suspected that those North Korean troops were volunteers. I was right. Nobody forced them to go.

Israel is a colony. Iran has been saying it since they overthrew the Shah so they were not a colony of the USA anymore. When they were both colonies of the USA Israel and Iran relations were wonderful.

Israelis are pawns being used to invade Lebanon. The USA is using them to complete their invade hit list. Israelis will take the brunt of the backlash as they always do. The USA does not give free weapons to anybody. Nobody does that unless they get something in return eventually. Control. They want to control the middle east. There was military spending in the bill, that could have gone to Ukraine, but no reason why Republicans couldn't have removed this or added an earmark where to spend it. If politicians want to pass bills like this, they sometimes are amended dozens of times during debate. They chose to bury it instead and used "Ukraine" as an excuse not to support it. It was never debated.

Several Republicans have admitted they did this because Trump instructed them to. Nothing to do with Ukraine.

Regardless of whether you're in a 2-party system like the US or a multi-party system, it's extremely unlikely that "your" party/movement/group agrees with you on everything.

I see people fighting over nonsense issues like whether Kamala Harris ever worked at McDonalds or whether Trump's rally at MSG makes him a Nazi and it's remarkable that the hyper-partisans on both sides a ...[text shortened]... and areas in which police think they can use their authority to treat others poorly.

This seems fair, so I'll bite.

1. I'm fundamentally opposed to sanctuary cities. This looks like an uneven application of the law.

2. The defunding the police slogan was a stupid thing to say, and would be even more stupid to do, and I don't support it.

3. Democrats need to stop making the white man the poster boy for every conceivable problem in this country. Other ethnic groups (and women) are just as guilty of racism, sexism, and corruption but Democrats NEVER want to admit this.

Like you SH I'm a moderate (but on the liberal side)

A passport is needed to enter another country, not to leave the U.S. When you drive to Canada you don't need to show the American government your passport.

North Koreans work abroad all the time. Maybe they just don't want criminals making them look bad by unleashing them on foreigners. Don't you wish Mexico would do that?

And once again, Canada is another nation. Stop contradicting yourself.
