What? And why won't the DA, with the questionable looking hairy mouth, like a seal on a Sanfrancisco dock, tell us?
Can we all have a contest, and guess what it will be? I myself have no idea. I don't think it is sexualizing our children, at least. And a crime has to have a victim. If we can learn of the victim, we can know the crime!! Let us put Sonhouse on it.

The fact that you don't know what someone who president of the U.S. only two years ago is charged with proves how garbage conservative media is and dumb you all are.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/national-security/2023/04/04/trump-charges-34-counts-felony/

Trump is charged with 34 felony counts of falsifying business records

If convicted of the felony bookkeeping fraud charge, Trump faces up to four years in prison for each count. The judge could impose consecutive sentences, meaning Trump would have to serve them one after the other.

I read that, and other stuff. Sealface Bragg says Trump falsified biz records to conceal criminal conduct that hid damaging information from the voting public during the 2016 presidential election. You know, Biden did he same type of concealment with the lap top. You and I should hope that that is brought up. There is no difference.
Trump's actions were in connection with the 2016 election. You see, the indictment is about what began with what began on Feb 2017 and continued. This all happened months after the election, Vivify. Even if what he is alleging is plausible, the actions that he says are criminal happened AFTERWARDS, so how could it have conceivably affected the election.????? So, no one was harmed by the 'crime'?
In order to conceal another crime? What crime? And, he did not commit a campaign violation. How can a crime not be listed in the indictment? Did you note that he, Sealface, is mixing up State and Federal crimes?
Your link needs more meat on the bone!!!!

Trump supposedly did these business entries in 2017, while he was president.

The president of the US whereabouts are known and provable. He was not in NY during any of the dates these occurred.

It will all come out in the wash.

Gee, how did he sign the checks?

Anyway his actual presence in the State isn't required to subject him to NY Penal Law.

Yep it is:

"New York Penal Law
Sec. 175.10
Falsifying Business Records in the First Degree
§ 175.10 Falsifying business records in the first degree. A person is guilty of falsifying business records in the first degree when he commits the crime of falsifying business records in the second degree, and when his intent to defraud includes an intent to commit another crime or to aid or conceal the commission thereof. Falsifying business records in the first degree is a class E felony."

It is not necessary to list the predicate crime in the indictment. The defense its first motion will surely, among other things, request a Bill of Particulars where that will have to be revealed.

Falsifying a business record as a legitimate payment for legal services rather than a reimbursement for a payoff is tax fraud BTW. It's not at all clear that Bragg isn't using that as the predicate crime.

Hey Mott!

Do you hear that sound? You know the sound of a Focke Wulf plummeting from the sky and exploding in a French barn?

That sound is you just being trashed.

Ah, you know SO much more than the prosecutors. Where did you go to law school? Did you pass the bar exam? It was the GRAND JURY who made the call to turn it into felony counts, 34 of them. We all thought there might be ONE felony and 33 misdemeanors but we were surprised by that. It's funny how your god king Trump is attacking BRAGG when he had NOTHING to do with the indictments, he just did what the Jury wanted so here we have Trump right after he leaves the courtroom attacking BRAGG and his wife. A real way to make friends in the court.
Maybe THIS will make you rethink your love of a now indicted felon.
But my guess is no, NOTHING will deter you from your Trumpite programming.
Even Margery Taylor Greene bugged out after ten minutes because of hecklers.
Well Trump's buddies never showed for this supposed massive protest, more reporters than protesters.

And this is only ONE of the charges to come.
Georgia has a fast track law, 4 months MAX to get to a court date so he may have to appear in THAT court before the Dec 4 they bandy about as when NY will see him in court there.

Then there is the Mar a Lago documents case, where Trump just a couple days ago on Hannity says THEY are MINE. In public.

I guess that will cause you to believe him 100% and therefore ALL top secret docs are TRUMP'S and nobody else can have them AND Trump already said he could telepathically declassify anything he wanted as POTUS.

The pictures that were allowed to be taken showed a Trump without his usual bravado.

So how much did YOU contribute to his legal defense fund?

A hundred bucks? A thousand?

Another street lawyer, you must have passed the bar exam to know all that stuff.
Tell us where you went to law school, we NEED your expert legal guidance.
YOUR link? Are you that lazy you can't search for yourself?
You are a card carrying HYPOCRITE, you said Trump is NOT above the law but here you are in spite of THIRTY FOUR FELONIES and you are defending him.
Are you going to keep up that stance when GEORGIA goes after him which BTW has 4 month fast track to court? Or the Mar A Lago documents case, you going to defend him against ALL that criminality? This Manhattan thing is only phase one.
There are at LEAST two other phases of criminality to present to us citizens.
So you are back to your previous stance, Trump IS above the law.
THAT is your bottom line.
BTW, we KNOW he is innocent till proven guilty.
We ALSO know he is GUILTY AS HELL.

You are a COMPLETE moron. I guess you didn't actually LISTEN to Bragg talk about who the victims are, that would be the American people themselves, withholding information that COULD effect the election and the fraud that backed up THAT crime. And BTW, it doesn't matter that it may not have effected the election it is STILL a crime any way you look at it so don't pull the 'it couldn't have effected the election so what's the big deal'. It doesn't work like that. But since you only watch Faux news you would never have learned any of that.
That is why there are 34 counts and that is just Manhattan. Your god king will be in even more trouble when the Georgia DA pulls the trigger and when Jack pulls the trigger on Mar A Lago documents case.

So now you go from WHAT WERE THE CRIMES to I don't give a rats ass what the crimes were, he is my GOD KING and I will defend him no matter WHAT because he is IN ABSOLUTE FACT above the law.
And you would probably not have heard the first thing your god DAM king did when he left and got back home is to attack Bragg AND his wife.
You are defending a MASSIVE loser, he has ALWAYS been a criminal, he just got away with it because he paid off so many people with his FORMER millions.
There is also the tax liability fraud charges too, where he inflates his property values when he wants a loan but for taxes, wow, my property just lost 90% of it's value so I owe no taxes on that mansion that used to be worth 300 MILLION but now, 24 million. I feel SO bad about that.
