You still can't point out to a single case of a woman dying after being denied an abortion like the OP claims. .

What is usually the culprit in these cases are ill-written laws that threaten doctors with felonies if they do anything which can be misconstrued by the legislature as "aiding an abortion". The problem is that these legislators and law enforcement personnel are not doctors. They err on the side of ridiculousness.

And women die.
