It is not extraneous but fundamental. If everyting from WND is not gospel (and that is a generous characterization), why would you think the cite in your original post has any credibility.

If the OP is not accurate, it should be pretty easy to find a news source which contradicts WND. Instead of making it an ideological argument, try to make it factual.

The author of the article provides no evidence that "Washington is stockpiling massive amounts of ammunition." No evidence at all that billions of rounds of ammo were delivered. Until he can support his claim, this is a hoax.
