@Mott-The-Hoople saidMy Dad didn't give me 28,000 dollars. I'm still paying back the money I had to borrow.
What has the parents got to do with it?
You know who's more impressive?
Oprah and Trevor Noah. They didn't have millionaire Daddies who gave them money like Musk and Trump did.
@AverageJoe1 saidYou mean Rosie O'Donnell you pendejo. Roseanne's a MAGA right winger.
I like this one, Thousand. Present a premise or discussion where one cannot be allowed to have rich parents, and god-forbid parents who give them money!!!! Libs seem to hate the players, they should hate the game!!! Not FAAAAAIR!
Why does the left not tolerate our successful culture? Other countries are in amazement. Why did the horrible TV woman fat sitcom person Roseann come BACK from Ireland after denouncing Trump and leaving in the first place???
@AThousandYoung saidMeant Rosie

Much of Musk‘s wealth is imaginary money, nothing but a fluctuating internal state in a computer somewhere. Turn off the computer and the money vanishes.
Moreover, he built his wealth on 38 billion dollars of federal subsidies.

@Mott-The-Hoople saidI did. Musk is a keto junkie. Are you saying a trillion man doesn't have faults. You defend this? Talking about tying in comments, you lead the league in wild off the cuff posts.
😂please tie your comment in with the discussion.
I heard he pissed in the woods once, let hang him ehh?
@Mott-The-Hoople saidDid you get an answer yet? I need to put that info in my journal.
Who is barred from these fed subsidies?
@AThousandYoung saidWould you elaborate on what is behind yout post here. We all know about the rich people, and I assure you that there will be other companies competing with SpaceX, its principals making billions.
Most of us don’t have millionaire parents like Musk does.
So, Thousand,,,,,,I present 2 issues....
There will be other companies, all racing to Mars and beyond. Is that OK, is it acceptable, should we strive for these horizons? Will competition keep all of their costs down to make it feasible, esp if they qualify for your (hated) subsidies from the government? IS all this OK, space exploration? Why or why not?
That is issue one.
Number two....people will get very rich. They will earn it, do you think? I myself think we should let them get rich SOLELY for taking the RISK, with a goal of a Mars landing. Should we allow them to get rich, and give Bernie and Elizabeth Warren the finger? Is it OK if Musk and his competitors get rich?
@AverageJoe1 saidNah you're not worth my time.

@Mott-The-Hoople saidNo he would never touch food stamps. He was a proud man.
So your dad is a failure? Its hard to give money when you are collecting food stamps.
Yeah the other Boomers sucked him dry like vampires. He (and a number of my other Boomer relatives) lived with me until he died so I didn't have to watch him begging on the streets.
That's the money the billionaires are wallowing in. Nothing to do with your BS "separate pies".
I find you Anglo-Americans more and more revolting by the year.
At least Suzi is around to remind me you're not all the same.
@Mott-The-Hoople saidAnyone who can't directly talk to the head of the EPA in private like Musk did.
