Elon Musk has no salary so most years he pays zero Federal income tax. When he sells investments, his tax bill can be in the billions. Most billionaires rarely pay Federal taxes. They can easily buy whatever they want by leveraging their enormous wealth. I am not opposed to people being obscenely rich. I am opposed to not taxing that obscene wealth.
