The Republican Party didn't even bother to write a party platform this year, which is the exact reason for having a convention, because like the last four years, the party platform has been "whatever Donald wants". But, according to the constitution, AJ has the right to speak regardless what the majority think.

He gained 'familial benefit' by telling Ukraine to fire the prosecutor. When he was fired, Hunter had everyone over for a turkey dinner. They laughed, drank, ate merry, celebrated.
