@Metal-Brain said"1. Increase Innovation And Learning
Why would diversity improve workplace performance?
That does not make any sense at all.
Xenophobic societies have poor workplace performance? Ridiculous.
Prove putting black people and racists together makes them work better. Is their disdain for each other making them work harder? I cannot believe no1 actually believed that nonsense.
One of the most commonly cited benefits of diversity in the workplace is that it can increase opportunities for learning, while also enhancing everyone’s capacity for innovation and creativity.
Quite simply, people who come from different backgrounds will have unique perspectives and ways of thinking. This allows them to unlock new ideas that a more homogenous team might never stumble upon — especially as diverse team members bounce their ideas off one another.
2. Create A More Inclusive And Safe Environment For People To Speak Their Minds
Of course, to get that increased innovation and learning, you must first foster an environment where everyone feels comfortable about contributing. Emphasizing workplace diversity can be key to helping people feel safe to speak their minds.
3. 3. Retain Top Talent
Diversity can empower your team by making it easier to attract and retain top talent. In fact, 69% of Millennial and Gen Z workers are likely to stay five or more years with a company that has a diverse workforce. Diversity has become a priority for many individuals as they look for a new job.
As the saying goes, a rising tide lifts all boats. Retaining more top talent will improve the work of the rest of your team and make your workplace even more attractive to other prospective employees.
4. 4. Accelerate Complex Problem-Solving With More Perspectives And Ideas
In a rapidly changing business environment, the additional perspectives and ideas that come from having a diverse workforce can dramatically accelerate complex problem-solving. Diverse opinions and perspectives can help your team come together to develop a quality solution in a timely manner.
As Wesley explains, “When we’re able to embrace who we truly are, including while we’re at work, we’re not afraid to share our perspectives and ideas. Nor do we fear the perspectives of others. We are better able to recognize and validate differences of opinion and work together to find the best solution.”
Diversity can help your team become more agile and be better equipped to pivot and adapt as necessary to remain competitive. As data from McKinsey reveals, the top quartile of companies for ethnic diversity are 36% more likely to financially outperform their less diverse peers. Those added perspectives can contribute to very real results.
5. 5. Enhance Morale Through Greater Belonging
In my participation as part of the social experiment White Men for Racial Justice (WMRJ), I’ve learned the importance of true belonging in helping white males, in particular, come to better understand how and why diversity matters.
True belonging occurs in the workplace when team members have mutually deep connections with each other. They don’t feel the need to code-switch or conform to socially constructed expectations (which can negatively affect every demographic group). Encouraging team members to reflect on the socialization and beliefs tied to their identity, interrogating their belief structures and reflecting on experiences of exclusion can help foster greater empathy.
When such mindsets are encouraged, workplace belonging can be defined by common experiences that allow for deeper connection that greatly enhances team morale. Your workplace can (and should) become a place of belonging for all employees.

I realize that racists like you think that whites are the superior race and can't be augmented at all, especially by something as lowly as people of color, but thankfully, you are part of a rabid minority in this country. Plenty of people (yes, I know, not yoooooooouuuu) still think America prospers when we are indeed a melting pot and diversity is our strength, and not a l ...[text shortened]... actual racist? You are a sick, sick man, and so are all the other white supremacists in this forum.
@AverageJoe1 saidIs there a cease fire?
So how is his achieving Ukraine cease-fire a failure? I am just asking. You guys are really on it. The Kmax & Shouse Show. Suzianne is shining as well today.
Not yet.
What will he have to promise the Russians to get one?
@AverageJoe1 saidHas it occurred to you that Trump's "strategy" is based on his incorrect economic ideas like foreign countries pay for tariffs?
Spot on, the cease fire? What a post!!!!
Uh oh, I just saw on biz chanel that CEO's are trying to figure out Trump's tariff strategy!! Why, I think Trump should tell the world his strategy!!!!!! haha
Yes, CEOs are trying to figure out why the President of the US has decided that a trade war with virtually all our most significant trade partners is a great idea.
That's because it makes no economic sense.
@no1marauder saidWhy doesn't Trump tell us his plans!!!
Is there a cease fire?
Not yet.
What will he have to promise the Russians to get one?
And, why do your posts always seem to have an air of "I hope he fails"? I hope he succeeds, myself, so we can all be successful.
As to the cease fire which you mention in a 'fail' vein, .....,As he often says, Let's wait and see. You have this way of wanting everything now. One of y'all wondered why he has not (in 50 days,) brought the price of eggs down. Well, they ARE down about $2.50, but I doubt he has anything to do with it. Do you think he may a bit busy with other matters. He doesn't sleep, thank God, or he would not have time to do all that he can to make america great again. Sonhouse says the market is tanking, I am cashing out!!!!!!
@no1marauder saidIf there will be ONE economic guru interviewed on CNBC Business today that says that Trump is on the right track, re tariffs, then this post of yours here will be watered down big-time.

Yes, CEOs are trying to figure out why the President of the US has decided that a trade war with virtually all our most significant trade partners is a great idea.

You see, he will not consider Trump's strategy to be based on incorrect economic ideas.
You do, he does not.
@AverageJoe1 saidWe ALL know bird flu caused a temporary increase in egg prices but don't you find it odd TRUMP and MUSKRAT killed the Bird flu science unit, you know, the ones directly in charge of finding a vaccine for BF?
So he is NOT taking care of billionaire buddies?
So we are stuck forever with tariff wars? Don't you think one of the countries will have to blink? Uhhh, do you think Trump will blink? Where do I lay down my bet?
Yeah, I think that is it for the market. DOW was 608.02 on Dec 1960. Now about 43000 and dropping. We have had a good run. No way it can go up anym ...[text shortened]... ll one of you (any one, you are all the same) admit that Trump has caused a reduction in egg prices?
Trump is SO fuuked up he doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground.
@sonhouse saidThe trump administration stopped reporting the deportation numbers, but by all accounts they are deporting fewer than Biden was, despite spending a lot more money. 🤑
One problem with workers we need:
Trump's so called policy for ICE and all that, right now even before mass deportations, the Mexican and other country workers are NOT coming in because they are VERY worried they will be deported so they are not coming here in the numbers we used to see.
So it is ALREADY a worker issue.
And the more Trump deports the worse the worker issue will get.
@AverageJoe1 saidShut up, goober.
Spot on, the cease fire? What a post!!!!

My reply to him also stands as a reply to you and all the other white supremacists here.
@no1marauder saidI wonder if we'll soon start seeing white and "colored" water fountains, elevators, entrances, order counters and restrooms in a new push towards "separate but equal" accommodations again? Separate, yes, but anything but equal. I'm sure the South, especially, would love to start that up again.
