This thread makes me want to puke.

Presidential debates are in person.

Man up Biden.

If you have to hide from a small virus that kills less than 1% of people then how can you lead any country?

The President, yes He Is Your President, He Is Your Commander In Chief, should not have to cower to demands from a pathetically weak opponent such as Biden.

Either ...[text shortened]... nto that debate or slag off.

I'm not entirely sure what slag off means but it sure sounded good πŸ€”
If Biden becomes president, will he be bringing his placards and teleprompters (and notes) with him when he meets with world leaders and heads of state?
Seriously, if he has trouble thinking on his feet without visual aids during a simple debate, how can we expect him to do his job as president when it's absolutely necessary he do something? And by doing something I don't mean talking about his leg hair, or bragging about protecting his son's job in a foreign country, or getting frisky with young pretty females.

On the plus side, he hasn't been caught sniffing Kamalas hair... not yet...
I'll give him that.

I’m pretty sure that was never a thing.

Funny OP.

Let us consider that, as of October 11th, White House doctors say that Pres. Trump is no longer contagious for the virus.

The White House doctor says Donald Trump is no longer at risk of transmitting the coronavirus, but has not said whether the US president has tested negative for it.

In a memo released by the White House, Dr Sean Conley said Trump met the Center for Disease Control and Prevention criteria for safely discontinuing isolation and that by “currently recognised standards” he was no longer considered a transmission risk.

The memo did not say whether Trump had tested negative, but stated that a test on Saturday had showed the president was no longer a “transmission risk to others”, and there was no longer evidence “of actively replicating virus”.

Changing the debate to an online one is completely unnecessary -- rather, it is the movement towards putting the debate into another venue that can be viewed as chickening out, knowing that such a venue change would likely favor Biden, who was known to perform poorly in front of crowds during the Presidential primaries. Even though the crowds have been diminished, the Vice President debate did occur before a large audience.

Anybody know how trumps wife is doing?

Sure let someone with a highly contagious disease mingle with a town hall audience.
Quote
" But the World Health Organization now estimates that around a tenth of the planet's 7.8 billion or so people have already been infected since the virus first surfaced in China late last year, more than 20 times the official count." end quote.
If this is the case then 780,000,000 people have had it.
If this is true then only 0.14% of those that get it have it when they die. Based on 1,100,000 deaths.
I also believe that less than 10% of the recorded deaths actually die because they have the virus..the rest die with, not of.
If that is true then this highly contagious disease kills 0.014% of its victims.
Sounds really scary to me, not.

I heard debates in separate places has happened before. Trump's not wanting to debate simply because they would not be in the same room has no precedent he can point to.

DJT is running ads saying Biden is weak. If DJT will not debate it proves he is weak.
Trump cannot debate the issues because he simply cannot grasp them. All he ever does is try to bully the opponent and the adjudicator.
His greatest fear is having his Mike cut off at the end of his allotted time thus allowing his opponent an opportunity to rebuff his nonsensical monologue.
That’s why he will not agree to a virtual debate or a debate under the new rules.

Perhaps you should believe a little less and look at the 217.000 deaths in the US instead.
