It was a very long day. We had a network of hams who were out in the streets keeping emergency people in touch with HQ and all I did was keep the radios running. It was providence and a lot of heroic effort that 90 percent of the people got out of the towers before they crashed.

I don't know how "big" 9/11 is in other countries, but why is so regretful that it an important day in America? I know you want us to be more humble but can't you really try a different tact?
