You might be better off consulting a doctor, than asking a bunch of chess nerds.

I see that the Troll season has arrived. Time for another Tram Crash I suspect.

Simple, trev33, and apparent to all posters with eyes to see: You're a troubled man, who's

been wrestling with a few major personal issues. Shows in the sublimation of your posts.

Sorry,
It certainly looked like a question to me, from someone very frustrated.

I still think my advice of consulting a doctor is a good one, unless you already know the reason.

Sounds as if we agree, trev. Why broadcast these personal details on an unforgiving

and glib entertainment oriented public forum? Even commonsense has ground rules.

The reason for my suggestion is because I have a sleep apnea.

It can be dangerous to your well being if you do not find out the reason why.

sometimes you just need to do something, to help yourself. sometimes that involves letting go, being human.

people here can think what they want. i have no regrets here.

Thread appeared Friday, August 26, at my midnight. It states only 9 hours sleep for 3 previous nights, which would have been Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Your sleep intake improve Friday evening? Let's hope it did and that you sleep soundly tonight, Saturday, as well. So, doing the math, we have 9 (Tue, Wed, Thur) = ? + Fri ? = + Sat ? = ?????

How about posting the total hours sleep for the five days and nights on Sunday morning. Hopefully it averages at least 5-6 hours / night for the five day time period. Apologies if I've played too loose and easy with your critical issue

Cadwah, don't you realize that this is a serious thread... and on a serious note, I read recently that rejection

actually causes palpable physical pain along with the usual psychological and emotional pain. HOT coffee spilled

in his lap is the pain equivalent of a gal breaking up with a guy... so this cerebral/visceral research claims.
