since your 'return' to the general forum you have done nothing but fight with the vast majority of the community here, you even turned a request from russ for more forum mod volunteers into a thread filled with pity squabbling. i for one think the forum was much better without all of this and i ask you to reconsider your ways here for the good of the forum, yourself and for potential new form posters.

please don't kill our forum rusty.

Also, Rusty, DON'T stick a butter knife in a light socket.

Some devote their entire lives to focusing on 'problems', only a few on solutions...
Maybe an old fashioned early evening ghost bumping escapade will solve the persona non grata problem you perceive. Hmm...

Yes, but that's tricky. You see, most people would simply like him to leave the forum because he simply cannot add to any discussion, he has no sense of humour, he is paranoid delusional, and all he wants to do is constantly provoke people into fighting.

But if he did leave then I fear for the people of Halifax, Nova Scotia, because if he has no outlet for all of the insane animosity that he expresses on these forums then real people could get hurt.

It's really a lose/lose scenario.

Follow your logic, Hop, but am always skeptical and unsure about sweeping generalizations, mechanical approaches and convenient knee jerk solutions in chess games with worthy opponents, romantic relationships, friendships, finances, etc. There's also an intensely human facet as well as a site mission/operating policy context in view. Let's assume VR, RN and GB are substandard human beings (falling short of all consensus driven criteria, lacking in conversational skills and social graces). Does the spectre of that sad premise determine and dictate an ipso facto peer decision that there's no room for them in The Red Hot Pawn Inn?

sure. let's accept Hitler as he was and focus on his improvement of the German economy after taking office, and "ignore the negative".🙄

The weather I'm having has been a bit naff, but today the hail stopped and the sun came out just long enough for me to take the kids to school.

You're right the weather is borring, as you were.....
