If a white rook is on e3, a black king on c2, a white king on c4, and several pawns scattered across the board in completely irrelevant positions, and the rook moves past the white king, does that mean that they are married or engaged?

actually, the rok just got back from a sexual escapade with the opposition's queen while she lay unconscious off the board...
