Can AI now even read and use our WhatsApp message content?
This morning I edited a message I’d sent as I’d misspelt the word LEAK.
Later discovered an item popped up on my phone feed about some village having a water leak 😮
@Ponderable saidWhat setting is that Pondy?

Well, as for the wonders that AI can do, I have just obtained an AI translation of a very old letter that my father sent to my mother in Nov 1945, when he was based in Italy and she was on maternity leave from the army and living with a kind Palestinian family in Jaffa, Palestine, having had her first baby. To see an interpretation of his written words as a 26 year old soldier who was very much in love with his beautiful young wife & first child is something quite amazing.
Google has a setting that asks if they can use your messages and pics for Ai training.
They store it for 4 years!
It's already set to On, so you have to turn it off.
Musk is going to make a phone that doesn't track people but I'm sure everyone here will go against him because "that's the cool and hip thing for boomers to do" 🙄
