Private forums were the death of General. After their inclusion, there was a tribal hunting ground where General used to be, with each clan forum doing their bit to instigate and that was fun for the first year or two. But even before Red Night and his cronies began to cripple them, the forums had run dry; most people content to do what they enjoyed with ...[text shortened]... forgiving. Now this place sucks, I only come here to keep in touch with overseas friends.
The problem arises, when people put themselves above others and think they are better.

I saw this coming close to two years ago, and said so in the GF at the time. If you are not part of the solution, then you're part of the problem.

Sometimes people see you differently than you see yourself. Perhaps less pointing fingers, and more trying to get along with others would go a long way to improving the forums.

No. Do you feel it should? If so, why?

Can you find me a single website on the entire world wide web that requires people to pay to post on their public forum?
Something Awful forums. Offtopic forums. I'm sure there's more.

Not that I think the same policy should be applied to RHP.

There's been a general shift from posting interesting posts to posting about how there are no interesting posts.

That's hilarious, banned for "failure to improve".

Here's one for Raven, "Too much information. User loses posting privileges for 1 day."

I love the one where posting privileges for revoked for 6 hours for failure to capitalize in a post.

I wish users here could get banned for extremely irritating behaviour; behaviour that includes posting a string of prolific inanities without having one response directed their way. IE. People that can't take the hint that no one is interested in talking to them.

If that were the case, I would miss you! :'(

I'll talk to you if no one else will. Not interested in that friends group anyway myself. 😉

Tell me about it.

I recently cancelled my subscription, can't stand listening to VR spewing his crap around here anymore.
This place has gone to downhill, no doubt.
It seems to quite ok for you and your little circle of friends to spew crap, why not VR?

You still appear to have a subscription...LOL....

Look at the #1 Rec now, a potshot at GB by one of the Friends group.

Do you see that as being ok?
