I heard there is an appeal process on going, filed by those beastly bigots the DOMA and since the time allowed for appeal to be instigated is 25 days the law to prohibit same sex marriages is still extant. 😲

Like stupid Jerry brown I think the judges to are support to protect what is in the state and federal constitutions? Which they are not doing. Brown even pledged to do it.

I actually dont know enough about it myself to be honest, i only read that the charge that same sex marriages could prove detrimental could not be upheld and thus the 2008 law was annulled.

we could resort to dirty tactics like assigning our opponents mysterious psychological ailments, or terming them bigots, or cook up some pseudo scientific claims that we dont have a moral choice our genes make us do everything, that predisposition really is causation, that we have discovered the hetro gene etc etc etc
