A simple note of thanks to all the creative guys and gals, fine ladies and gentlemen, comics and gurus and engaging opponents around the globe

who claim cyber citizenship and allegiance to the RHP Chess Site and General Forum. Before July, 2007, the days were long and bedtime was well

before midnight. Now it's all totally different. Actually have to GMT schedule my day and by the time it's done my squinty eyes are too bleary to know

what time I went to bed. Learn about that the next morning from the time I awake. Still self aware enough to realize it's all vicarious and not, in fact,

some magical eternal fountain of youth... but it's darn close and each of you, in your own way, are keeping a once tough old Boston Bird still sort of young.

Thank You.

-gb 🙂

Smaug, July to December of 2007 totally immersed in getting back in earnest into chess. So rusty, out of condition, lacking in stamina and

especially patience. Then, on December 22, noticed the Forums site feature, checked it out and said, 'This cookie jar might be fun too.'

I especially liked your first GF thread: "Your Recommendations..."

Either you go to your profile and click the button that says Private forum posts and go look for it. But this may take a while if you posted a lot of things or you can use the search the forum tool.

If you remember the name of the thread exactly it is pretty easy to find. The downside is that link that appears is the RHP one. So if you're using any other of the names of this joint you have to copy and paste the thread number part.

Edit: Thread 83493

According to an Indian saying, the game of chess is a sea in which a mosquito can drink and an elephant can bathe. So it is with RHP. 🙂

Lord, let's just put it this way... you're entitled to your own opinion but not to your own facts!

You're doing a great job posting. Mom & Dad would be proud. Please keep up the noble work.
