I have discoverd that I am a addict.

I am addicted to forums. I am addicted to the anticipitation you feel when you click on forums and wonder if someone has replyed to something. Then the buzz when they have. If I cant get this for example if someone is useing the computer I will be in a very very bad mood. But when I do it is a emmediate release of any tension etc. When I get into the house it is impossable to do anything else than go on the computer, even the sound the computer makes does it for me.

You need someone to make the forums a living Hell for you. I am confident that I can help in this regard. For a small fee, I will reply to every one of your posts with a sarcastic, yet brillantly witty, remark cunningly designed to elicit shame and fear. Please let me know if you are interested in pursuing this program.

Perhaps you'd like to apply for the job as my new forum enemy?

You are using it to fill the gap from something that is missing in your life.

Do a deep search of your personal life and decide what is missing. Then take whatever actions are necessary to correct your present situation and put you back on the road to happiness.

I don't think we'll ever hear from you again... and that's good. Anyone who spends more than 2 hours a day at this site either doesn't have a life in the real world or is dissatisfied with the one they have.
