It's no secret that the NHL is slowly dying.
(Very expensive sport and very hard to play well)

The sports thing is irrelevant.

Non whites get jobs just because companies think they have to hire them.

The non white companies don't have any racial quotas.

They hire their own kind.

I don't like them because they get hired JUST BECAUSE THEY AREN'T WHITE.

Then...if they have a company they don't have to follow any racial quotas.
