Yes, beginning as early as two years old as with my own son who won his first (1st to 6th grade) chess tournament at our community center in first grade at the age of five..
As the person who selected the OP topic, is it alright with you if people start posting about how they themselves were really very good parents?

NO!

What the hell is wrong with you, uh?!?!?!

Only Grampy Bobby can share in here how good of an imaginary
parent he is!

You should know better by now, fool.

Best advice I ever received: Don't worry too much, babies bounce.

27. Begin teaching your children table manners as soon as they're able to engage in conversation.

Best advice I could give to new parents?

Tell your kids to be careful sharing personal details on RHP with a certain
someone. Users portraying themselves as a harmless 'lad' are known to
fish sensitive data which can then be used for passive aggressive rants,
nauseating copy pasting, and tasteless disclosures to attract attention to
themselves. Be afraid of whomever invokes the TOS or the supreme
ruler role of Russ. Yes, I'd advise parents to tell that to their kids.

Oh yes...

"29. Encourage your children to become involved in school and community sponsored competitive sports activities." a) To provide them with opportunities to express their aggressive instincts in non-detrimental ways, i.e. keep them off the streets; and b) To enable them to compete during their careers.
