How early on do you mean? Pre their conquest of the Etruscans they had none as far as l can recall.
Rome has ports all over the Adriatic and Med afterwards of course.

The Romans may not have used it as a port; the Wiki article I was reading said they assembled a fleet there, but they did not say whether it would have been able to dock in the port.
