Ha ha ha, say the male harlots of Attica, as they simulate fornication with the skulls of the Massilian slain.

Gloaty enough for you?

Pity my other plan didn't work out.

Was that luck or did you suspect I'd make a play for that city? Pity I can't stay there for long.

The castle walls have LEVEL EIGHT (or whatever) written on them but I suppose Massilians scorn literacy.

I had an inkling where they were going to go but didn't count on you splitting into 3 ...

The Massilian attack force were meant to be augmented ...

I didn't have the moves to get them all into the fortress so I pretty much just hoped you wouldn't send too much into that province. I wonder what our master thinks of all this?

When you broke your vows & declared war on me a second time, I suddenly found that I was less interested in my political survival than in annoying you. I hope losing an army in Attica annoyed you!

Slightly ... from several turns back I've felt kind of the same to be honest - poke the angry dog with a stick and then run away giggling.

Got mauled this turn, though. 😞
