Could it become a manslaughter charge if it is proved that he deliberately pointed the gun at her? Anyone with a basic common sense knows that you never point a gun at anyone, something I learned at 10 having grown up in a home where a 12 bore shotgun and air rifle were kept in the corner of a room.
I imagine they were filming so hopefully we get to see it.

He won't be charged even if he did wrong. It's California and Baldwin is a liberal.

She got the job because her dad does that work.
She also said during her last movie she doesn't feel confident doing the work.

Nepotism at its finest.

😆

working in the industry i have no idea how this happened, i can only assume there was pressure on the crew and corners were cut to meet deadlines, 4 or 5 people have to check a weapon on our films, seems here that rule was bypassed

The film they were making was called Rust.
Wonder what they will call the sequel ?

How so?

You said incompetence and negligence.

That's her. The one who got the job cause daddy did that work.
Businesses all over have negligent and incompetent workers who got the job because of nepotism.

Don't piss me off Dive. FMF is gone. Don't take it out on me.
