Yes, pick up kiddo, make dinner, homework, play, brush/bath/bedtime story, watch my fish, call my mom, see if forensic files is on, pat my dogs' heads, go to bed.

It's the routine M-F stuff, and it really is kind of special.

I thought so too once. Then I learned to appreciate what should never be considered routine. Kids change perspectives, did for me anyway.
