By law I would say that the ambulance driver has to stay at the scene of the RTA it has caused, or the driver would get done for hit and run/ leaving the scene of an accident.

1st. Kick the crap outta the driver and co-pilot for making a mess.
2nd. Check the injured people on the Ambulance, for any money..loose change..jewelry, rings etc and keep it.
3rd. Finish off your kebab and bottles of beer.
4th. Grab a cab and its offski home....

But what if the first RTA was also a hit and run?
The first RTA wasn't caused by the ambulance driver.

He cause his RTA, he has to stay at the scene to give his details to the police regardless of the other accident.
